I was introduced to yoga because of recurrent inflammation of the voice box, way back in 2005. Since then, I have explored the various aspects of yoga, in the form of yogic postures, breathing techniques, chanting, prayer and meditation. My long practice and devotion to yoga have given me a deep insight into the body-mind-soul connection. After my post graduate certification in yoga therapy, I was able to encourage and mentor several others to attain their fitness and wellness goals through their practice and belief in yoga. I have had the opportunity to serve clients suffering from back pain, diabetes, PCOS, paralysis, anxiety, insomnia and many more. I aim to promote a feeling of peace, wellbeing, and enthusiasm amongst all.
