Hello, I am a Yogi who arrived in Mumbai to make his name in the film industry. As I was breaking into the acting scenes in Mumbai, I experienced health, personal and professional setbacks which catapulted me, taking a journey within myself. I started my inward journey 12 years ago and got attracted to Yogasanas and Meditation. This journey, not only rewarded me with a sense of contentment and joy of living, but also helped me in curing my physical ailments like spondylitis and severe sinusitis.

I took professional training in Hatha and Ashtang Yoga from Pune, Maharashtra and subsequently got trained for multi-style Yoga from Rishikesh, besides therapeutic Yoga. I believe and practice the principle of 'Sthira Sukham Asanam' which means that every asana should be strong and peaceful and I keep close attention on the Pranayam practice which can help rejuvenate / heal / energizes both physical and mental body. My aim is to inspire people to lead a balanced and healthy life by realizing their true potential and establishing a strong connection with their inner self.
