With over 15 years of dedicated personal practice and several years of teaching experience, I offer a holistic and thoughtfully guided approach to yoga. My teaching blends strength, conditioning, flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness to support overall physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Each class is designed with intention, emphasizing posture correction, precise alignment, and safe, conscious sequencing. Through the integration of asana, pranayama, and meditation, I guide students to develop strength, stability, and ease in both body and mind.
My approach goes beyond the physical practice. I encourage students to carry the principles of yoga into daily life—supporting stress management, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to oneself.
