Namaste, I am Suhani from India. I have always been a fitness enthusiast. I’ve been teaching Yoga for the past 9 Years. Yoga, I believe is not only for general fitness and well-being, but a holistic, therapeutic and spiritual approach. I run marathons as well as do weight training, but practicing Yoga has always been my first priority. I have experience and expertise to design and program training plans with a clear objective to support and benefit every individual in achieving their fitness goal, be it for their general wellness or to complement their fitness programs.
