Namaste, I am Meenakshi, a Masters in Physiotherapy and Hatha Yoga trainer, having experience and expertise in leading both personal and group Yoga sessions. Practicing Yoga has been a transformative and life changing experience for me and I look forward to sharing my passion for Yoga with all. I am skilled to make customized Yoga plans to suit needs of individual students incorporating meditation and wellness for holistic well being. I design my classes to help one to cultivate deep mind-body connection, build strength and flexibility and more importantly find inner peace and balance. I belive Yoga is for not only promoting physical general being but a great tool to manage life style disorders like anxiety, stress, thyroid, hypertension, insomnia and many more. I am a dedicated teacher and committed to helping my students achieve their goals and supporting them in every way on their Yoga journey. I wish we explore and grow on this Yoga journey together.
