Full Moon Yoga

What to Expect:

Join our Online Full Moon Yoga Class, where you'll be guided through a series of yoga poses and meditative practices designed to harness the calming and balancing energies of the full moon. This 60-minute session is suitable for all levels. Expect a combination of deep stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.


Moon Salutation Sequence

  • Explanation: We will briefly explain the moon salutation sequence (Chandra Namaskar) and its benefits.
  • Practice the Sequence: Lead the group through the moon salutation, repeating the sequence several times.


Peak Poses and Variations

  • Advanced Variations: We will offer advanced variations for experienced practitioners.
  • Hold and Breathe: We will hold some of the key poses for a few breaths to deepen the practice.


Final Relaxation and Meditation

  • Savasana (Corpse Pose): We will guide the participants into a comfortable Savasana for complete relaxation.
  • Guided Meditation: We will end with a short guided meditation focusing on the energy of the full moon and the intentions set at the beginning of the session.
